Yes, cameras are allowed as long as they are not professional grade.

As long as the concert is not sold out, tickets will be available at the door the night of the show. If the concert is sold out, no other tickets will be sold at the door.

Free parking is available at Boondocks.

Ticket sales are final and non-refundable, unless if the event is cancelled. If you have special needs or extenuating circumstances, we are willing to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis; however, refunds are not guaranteed.

Yes. Boondocks accommodates handicap needs due to mobility, visual or hearing impairments. If you have any handicap and request any special assistance, please arrive at the venue early and notify us in person in advance of your request.

You will be required to purchase a ticket for admission to most concerts at Boondocks. Please refer to our calendar for a full list of pricing and to purchase tickets.

You can purchase tickets in advance online at boondockspub.com and at the corporate office of our sister company, Capitol Storage. If you need support for your ticket purchase, please visit the ticketfly support page. If tickets have not sold out in advance, we accept cash and credit card purchases at the box office on the day of the event. A credit card transaction fee applies to all credit transactions. Many of our concerts sell out in advance, so we encourage you to not wait until the day of the event to purchase tickets.

There is not assigned seating at Boondocks. The concert hall is a large, open, standing-room-only venue. Depending on the specific concert and available capacity, there may be tables and seating available on a first-come basis, but this varies for each event.
